ZTO Express (Cayman) Inc. has scheduled a board meeting for 18 August 2026 (Beijing time) to review and approve the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and six months ended 30 June 2026, and to consider a potential dividend declaration.

The courier operator plans to publish the Q2 and interim 2026 results on 19 August 2026 (Beijing time) before trading hours on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Management will host an earnings conference call at 8:30 A.M. Beijing time on 19 August 2026 (8:30 P.M. U.S. Eastern Time on 18 August 2026). The current board comprises Chairman and Executive Director Meisong Lai, Executive Directors Jilei Wang and Hongqun Hu, Non-Executive Director Xing Liu, and Independent Non-Executive Directors Qin Charles Huang, Herman Yu and Fang Xie.
