Candidates must arrive at the test venue (the fifth-floor multi-function hall) by 7:30 AM on the exam day, carrying their original ID card and application form. All communication devices must be turned off and placed in a designated area for safekeeping by staff.

After security checks, on-site registration, and verification, candidates will be seated according to the stroke count of their surnames. The test begins at 8:30 AM. Candidates arriving after this time will be considered to have forfeited their qualification.

Invigilators will organize candidates to draw their exam numbers based on their position and surname stroke order. When answering, candidates must fill in their applied position and exam number in the designated area.

Personal information must not be disclosed anywhere on the test paper, nor should any special marks be made. Violations will be treated as misconduct, resulting in disqualification.

The test duration is 120 minutes, and candidates may not submit their papers early. Upon conclusion, candidates must stop writing immediately. After invigilators collect and verify all papers and answer sheets, candidates must leave the venue promptly.

Interview Assessment for News Editing and Human Resource Management Positions

Candidates must arrive at the interview waiting room (the fifth-floor multi-function hall) by 7:30 AM on the exam day, carrying their original ID card and application form. All communication devices must be turned off and placed in a designated area.

Following security checks, registration, and verification, candidates for the News Editing position interview will be seated in order of their professional competency test ranking. The interview begins at 8:30 AM. Late arrivals will be considered to have forfeited their qualification.

Staff will organize News Editing candidates to draw their interview numbers based on their professional competency test score ranking. During the interview, candidates must not disclose their name or workplace information. Violations will be treated as misconduct, resulting in disqualification.

Assessment Scoring

For the News Editing position, the weighting of the professional competency test and interview scores is 40% and 60%, respectively. The total score is calculated as: Total Score = (Professional Competency Test Score × 40%) + (Interview Score × 60%), rounded to two decimal places.

For the Human Resource Management position, the interview score (rounded to two decimals) serves as the total score. Final rankings are determined by total score in descending order. In case of a tie, the interview score is used as the tiebreaker. If the interview scores are also tied, an additional interview will be conducted.

The professional competency test scores for the News Editing position will be posted in the waiting room on the interview day. Total scores will be published on the Beiguo website.
