On 4 September 2026, AIA Group Limited filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 August 2026, disclosing no changes to its issued share capital or treasury share position.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue stayed at 10.35 billion, with zero treasury shares. The insurer confirmed that its public float continued to meet the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 25 % threshold.

Equity incentive activity was limited to internal reallocations: • Share Option Schemes: Outstanding options under the 2010 scheme held at 9.42 million, while the 2020 scheme remained at 13.73 million. No options were exercised, cancelled or lapsed. • Restricted Share Unit Scheme: Outstanding units declined to 46.06 million after 234,117 lapses. • Employee Share Purchase Plan: Outstanding units rose to 5.55 million following 177,601 grants. • Agency Share Purchase Plan: Outstanding units increased to 3.38 million after 130,461 grants.

No warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuing arrangements were outstanding or exercised during the month. Consequently, AIA raised no proceeds from equity exercises, and its capital structure was unchanged.

The filing was authorised by Group Company Secretary Nicole Pao.
