Eastspring Investments, the asset management arm of Prudential plc, has announced the appointment of Fanny Lee as Head of Intermediary Sales, Hong Kong, effective May 26, 2026. Based in Hong Kong, Lee will report to Szu Yi Chin, Global Head of Global Financial Institutions (GFI) and Intermediaries at Eastspring Investments.
Szu Yi Chin welcomed Fanny Lee to the role, stating: "Hong Kong is a key market for Eastspring—it is both a leading wealth hub in Asia and a gateway to Greater China. We are focused on scaling our intermediary business to better serve clients by deepening partnerships in key channels and enhancing our local presence."
Fanny Lee brings over 25 years of private wealth distribution experience in Hong Kong and Greater China. She holds an MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Toronto. Prior to joining Eastspring Investments, she held senior leadership roles at several global leading asset management firms, including serving as Head of Greater China Advisory at Ninety One in Hong Kong, and as Head of Private Bank Distribution and Head of Hong Kong Family Office at BlackRock.
Public information shows that Eastspring Investments was established in 1994 and is a wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of Prudential plc. The company operates with a distinctive local approach across 10 Asian markets and has offices in North America and Europe. As of March 31, 2026, Eastspring manages a total of $269 billion in assets for global institutional and individual investors across asset classes including equities, fixed income, multi-asset, quantitative, and alternative strategies.
