ZHENGWEI GROUP (02147) announced that all conditions for the share consolidation have been fulfilled, and the consolidation will take effect on Monday, December 29, 2025. Shareholders are advised that following the consolidation, the company will issue new green share certificates. The existing blue share certificates will cease to be valid for delivery, trading, and settlement purposes after 4:10 PM on Monday, February 2, 2026, though they will remain valid as proof of legal ownership.
