During the session, the proposal regarding the appointment of a vice president was reviewed and approved. Upon the recommendation of President Wang Chuanfu and following an assessment by the board's nomination committee, Liu Xueliang has been appointed as vice president of the company. His term will commence from the date of the board's approval and will last until the conclusion of the eighth board's tenure.
