REALORD TECH Announces New Company Secretary and Authorised Representative Appointment

REALORD TECH (01196) has disclosed a series of leadership changes, effective September 11, 2026. Mr. Tsang Tsang Peng has stepped down from his roles as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, in addition to his positions as authorised representative under the Listing Rules and the Companies Ordinance, citing other professional commitments.

In response, the company has appointed Executive Director Mr. Lam Hiu Tung as interim CFO. Concurrently, Ms. Tsang Oi Hing has been named Company Secretary, along with authorised representative duties under both the Listing Rules and the Companies Ordinance, all taking effect on the same date.

The board expressed gratitude for Mr. Tsang's contributions while welcoming the new appointees to their respective responsibilities, ensuring continuity in corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
