United Company RUSAL, international public joint-stock company, released its latest corporate communications on 2 June 2026, comprising (i) the AGM circular, (ii) the notice of annual general meeting, and (iii) the proxy form. Both English and Chinese versions are now available on the company’s website (www.rusal.com) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who previously elected to receive hard copies will find printed materials enclosed; others may request physical copies free of charge through the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Hongkong Managers and Secretaries Limited (HKMS).
The 2026 annual general meeting is scheduled for 25 June 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Kaliningrad time (4:00 p.m. Hong Kong time) at the ibis Kaliningrad Center, Russia. RUSAL will also provide a live online broadcast. Shareholders whose holdings are registered with HKMS and wishing to attend virtually must email their full name and phone number to registrar@hkmanagers.com no later than 48 hours before the meeting. Identity verification will be required before HKMS issues a unique access link. Online participants can view and listen to proceedings but must vote in advance by proxy following the instructions in the 2 June 2026 circular.
Requests to change language preference or the mode of receiving future corporate communications can be submitted to HKMS via mail (Units 1607-8, 16/F, Citicorp Centre, 18 Whitfield Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong) or email (registrar@hkmanagers.com). Shareholders may also obtain printed copies of any corporate communication issued within the past 12 months upon request.
