Guangdong Highsun Meida New Materials Co.,Ltd. (000782.SZ) has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong Meida New Materials Co., Ltd., had previously invested in the construction of a "High-Performance Polyamide Differential Fiber Intelligent Manufacturing Project" in Xinhui District, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province.

The project was planned to build a production line with an annual output of 80,000 tons of differential nylon 6 filament and a production line with an annual output of 20,000 tons of differential nylon 66 filament, totaling a combined annual output of 100,000 tons of differential nylon filament production lines and supporting facilities.

Currently, the project has completed the main construction and equipment installation work, has reached the conditions for trial production, and trial production has been organized recently.
