Feiyang Group Posts 2026 Interim Report Online; Shareholders May Request Free Printed Copies

Bulletin Express09-29

Feiyang International Holdings Group Limited (“Feiyang Group”) announced on 29 September 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Interim Report are now available on both the company website (www.iflying.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board, chaired by Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Mr He Binfeng, recommends stakeholders review the electronic documents (“Website Version”) to expedite access and reduce paper consumption.

Non-registered shareholders experiencing difficulty with online access—or preferring physical documents—can obtain the current Interim Report and all future corporate communications in print at no cost. To do so, investors must complete the enclosed reply form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label or by email (1901-ecom@vistra.com).

Holders whose shares are maintained through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited should provide a functional email address to those intermediaries if they wish to receive electronic notifications of future publications. Until a valid email address is on record, notices will be sent in printed form only.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline on +852 2980 1333 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
