MOON INC Publishes 2026 Annual Report, AGM Circular and ESG Report; Shareholders Invited to Access Online Versions or Request Hard Copies

Moon Inc. announced on 29 July 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Annual Report, Circular, Notice & Form of Proxy for the upcoming Annual General Meeting, and the standalone 2026 Environmental, Social and Governance Report are now available on both the company’s website (www.mooninc.hk) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders—those holding shares through CCASS—will receive an email or postal notification of the online availability only if functional contact details have been provided to the company via their intermediaries.

Shareholders who encounter difficulties accessing the electronic files, or who prefer hard copies, may complete and return the enclosed request form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 1723-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be supplied free of charge.

The ESG Report 2026 is released exclusively in electronic format; it can be viewed under “Announcements & Circulars” in the “Investor Relation” section of the company’s website or on HKEXnews.
