The National Financial Regulatory Administration has issued an approval regarding Chen Xue's qualification to serve as a director of Postal Savings Bank, officially approving her directorship at Postal Savings Bank of China Co., Ltd.

Public records indicate that Chen Xue, female, born in 1969, holds a master's degree in public administration from the National School of Administration. She is a senior accountant and a certified public accountant. Her previous roles include serving as an investigator (in charge) and director of the Financial Budget Management Office in the Accounting Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Deputy Director of the Accounting Department, and Second-Level Inspector of the Investor Protection Bureau. She also held the position of Second-Level Inspector in the Legal Affairs Department of the National Financial Regulatory Administration. Currently, she serves as a director of China Post Group Corporation Limited.
