RONSHINECHINA Reports 51.2% Drop in Total Contracted Sales for First Three Months

RONSHINECHINA (03301) announced that for the month ended March 2026, the Group's total contracted sales amounted to approximately RMB 278 million, representing a decrease of 39.5% compared to the previous year. The Group's contracted building area was approximately 24,108 square meters, with an average contracted selling price of about RMB 11,547 per square meter.

For the three months ended March 31, 2026, the Group's total contracted sales were approximately RMB 533 million, a decline of 51.2% year-on-year. The total contracted building area reached about 47,153 square meters, and the average contracted selling price was approximately RMB 11,307 per square meter.
