CANBRIDGE-B (01228) has announced that one of its joint company secretaries, Mr. Wong Wai Chiu, has tendered his resignation from his position as a joint company secretary of the company. Mr. Wong will also cease to serve as one of the company's authorized representatives under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and as an authorized representative in Hong Kong for receiving legal documents or notices under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622). These resignations will take effect from March 30, 2026.

Following Mr. Wong's resignation, the other joint company secretary, Ms. Ma Qian, who is qualified under Listing Rules 3.28 and 8.17 to act as the company's company secretary, will remain in her position and continue to serve as the company's company secretary. Furthermore, subsequent to Mr. Wong's departure, Ms. Ma has been appointed as one of the authorized representatives, effective March 30, 2026, to assume his duties. Additionally, Ms. Lian Shao'e has been appointed as the authorized representative for legal documents, also effective March 30, 2026, succeeding Mr. Wong in this role.
