During the event, CEO Wang Shoucheng stated that after achieving three major breakthroughs in the first phase of the company's transformation—reimagining store environments, revolutionizing product offerings, and reshaping human resources—Yonghui Superstores has recorded growth in both same-store customer traffic and sales for the first time in five years. In 2026, Yonghui is entering the second phase of its strategic revamp, described as "refined and in-depth optimization," moving from "getting it done" to "making it better."
Wang Shoucheng emphasized that Yonghui’s strategic direction remains unchanged. The company will continue to focus on product quality, customer experience, employee development, and corporate culture, aiming to deepen, refine, and stabilize its path toward quality retail.
The first phase of the transformation took place from June 2024 to December 2025.
