i-CABLE Communications Limited (stock code: 01097) reported that, as of 31 October 2025, its issued ordinary share capital remained unchanged at 7,134,623,520 shares. There were no recorded treasury shares during the month.

Under the share option scheme adopted on 24 May 2018, there were no outstanding share options at the beginning and end of October. However, a total of 620,602,015 ordinary shares remain available for future issuance upon full exercise of the share options.

Regarding convertibles, the principal amount of the 2019 long-term convertible bonds is HKD 568,000,000, convertible into up to 4,544,000,000 ordinary shares at a conversion price of HKD 0.125. The 2021 long-term convertible bonds stand at HKD 200,000,000, convertible into up to 2,941,176,470 ordinary shares at a conversion price of HKD 0.068. No additional shares were issued during the month under review.
