Shanghai Industrial Holdings Reports Stable Share Base and Confirms Adequate Public Float for July 2026

Shanghai Industrial Holdings Limited filed its monthly return for July 2026 with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 03 August 2026, confirming no changes in share capital and continued compliance with listing rules.

The company reported that its issued ordinary share count stood unchanged at 1.09 billion shares as of 31 July 2026. No treasury shares were held, acquired or cancelled during the month, leaving total issued shares at the same level as at end-June.

Management affirmed that the firm met the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as of the month-end cut-off.

The filing also shows no activity under share option schemes, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked arrangements, and there were no Hong Kong Depositary Receipts outstanding.

The statutory confirmations were signed by Company Secretary Yee Foo Hei, indicating adherence to all applicable listing rules and regulatory obligations.
