AEON Credit Service (Asia) Company Limited will convene its 2026 Annual General Meeting at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, 25 June 2026. The meeting will adopt a hybrid format, allowing shareholders to attend either in person at 20/F, Mira Place Tower A, 132 Nathan Road, Tsimshatsui, Kowloon, or virtually via the Vistra eVoting Portal. The record date for dividend entitlement is 10 July 2026. • Share transfers to qualify for AGM attendance must be lodged by 4:30 p.m. on 18 June 2026, and by 4:30 p.m. on 8 July 2026 to qualify for the final dividend.
The board currently comprises Managing Director Wei Aiguo, Deputy Managing Director Lai Yuk Kwong, Executive Director Wan Yuk Fong, Non-executive Chairman Shigeki Mishima, and four Independent Non-executive Directors: Lee Ching Ming Adrian, Shing Mo Han Yvonne, Junko Dochi, and Choi Ping Chung.
