Fosun Pharma's investment fund successfully completes registration with securities authorities

FOSUN PHARMA (02196) has announced that its participating investment funds have completed filing with the Asset Management Association of China.

To expand channels for early-stage innovation project cultivation and incubation in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors, the company's board approved on March 31, 2026, for its controlled subsidiaries or enterprises to participate as limited partners in establishing a target fund. This fund consists of two parallel funds set up in Tianjin and Hangzhou, respectively.

On March 31, 2026, FOSUN PHARMA's controlled enterprise Suzhou Junming Zhiyuan Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) and Tianjin Junhai No.1 Business Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), along with three other investors, signed a limited partnership agreement to jointly establish the Tianjin Fosun Haihe Medical Health Industry Phase II Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), referred to as the "Tianjin Phase II Fund."

On May 28, 2026, FOSUN PHARMA's controlled enterprise Suzhou Junming, together with seven other investors, signed a limited partnership agreement to establish the Hangzhou Fuyao Xingqi Technology Transfer Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership), known as the "Hangzhou Fund."

Recently, the company received notification that both funds have successfully completed their filing with the Asset Management Association of China.
