Eastroc Beverage (Group) Co., Ltd. has approved a final ordinary dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, amounting to RMB 25.00 per 10 shares—equivalent to RMB 2.50 per share. Based on the fixed exchange rate of RMB 1 : HKD 1.141542, shareholders on the Hong Kong register will receive HKD 28.53855 per 10 shares, or HKD 2.853855 per share.
