AMS Public Transport Maintains Stable Share Capital and Meets Public Float Requirement in May 2026

AMS Public Transport Holdings Limited reported no changes in its share structure for the month ended 31 May 2026, according to its monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 1 June 2026.

Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million. The issued share count also held steady at 271.91 million ordinary shares, with no treasury shares outstanding.

The company confirmed that it continues to satisfy the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of at least 25% of issued shares. During the month, AMS Public Transport reported no activity involving share options, warrants, convertible securities, treasury-share transactions, or other equity-linked arrangements.

Financial Controller and Company Secretary Wong Ka Yan affirmed that any prior securities actions were duly authorised by the board and complied with all relevant listing rules and regulatory obligations.
