Zhenjiang Hosts 2025 HR Manager Competition

On November 18, 2025, the Zhenjiang HR Manager Competition was held, bringing together elite professionals in the human resources field to compete and exchange insights. The event served as a specialized and diverse platform to promote high-quality development in Zhenjiang's HR services industry.

After preliminary rounds of regional recommendations and qualification reviews, 15 outstanding participants advanced to the final competition. Contestants showcased corporate HR management case studies, answered on-the-spot questions, and received evaluations and scores from a panel of expert judges. Wang Jing from Jiangsu Tongling Co., Ltd. won first prize for her solid expertise, innovative management approach, and outstanding performance. "This competition has laid a strong foundation for improving our future HR work. We will continue refining our skills to better serve as a bridge between enterprises and talent, contributing to Zhenjiang's development," Wang Jing said.

Ai Xiaohui, Director of Zhenjiang’s Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, emphasized the importance of HR professionals in driving the city's talent strategy. In recent years, Zhenjiang has prioritized cultivating a strong HR manager workforce through regular training programs, "Top 10 HR" awards, and participation in regional competitions. The city has also supported HR industry associations, leading to a significant improvement in overall HR management standards.
