The 2026 Financial Street "Spring Brilliance" Carnival was recently held, featuring a variety of exhibitors including the well-known brand Donglaishun. The vendor offered specialty items such as lamb skewers, unique cheese varieties, hawthorn yogurt, and traditional Beijing snacks like lüdagun.
As batches of lamb skewers began grilling, the rich aroma attracted increasing numbers of visitors to the stall. One attendee remarked, "If you're going to eat lamb, it has to be from Donglaishun—it's authentic and not gamey at all. The flavor is incredible!"
