To deepen party-building leadership in grassroots governance innovation and improve the precision and effectiveness of party organizations in serving the community, recently, the party committee secretary of Caixia Community in Hunhe Station East Street, Hunnan District, visited the Northeast Regional Party Branch of SF INTRA-CITY to jointly conduct party-building cooperation and exchange activities. With party building as the core bond, both parties broke down barriers between community and enterprise cooperation, integrated resources, and extended services to explore new pathways for grassroots governance through "party building + livelihood services + emerging field governance," injecting new momentum into high-quality community development.
During the symposium, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as party building brand development and party member education management. The community party committee shared their experience in "party building + grid" governance, providing practical reference for enterprises to integrate into grassroots governance. The Northeast Regional Party Branch of SF INTRA-CITY introduced characteristic practices of party building in the logistics industry, highlighting measures such as "grievance awards" and psychological counseling for delivery riders, building bridges for mutual learning and reference in cooperation.
Focusing on pain points in livelihood needs, both parties anchored on the core of "convenient services" to transform cooperation results into tangible benefits for residents. On one hand, addressing the "difficulty in travel and handling affairs" faced by elderly residents in the community, SF INTRA-CITY leveraged its terminal logistics advantages to provide free door-to-door services including daily necessities procurement, pharmaceutical delivery, and package collection. The community party committee conducted precise screening to establish service ledgers, ensuring "no gaps in service." On the other hand, targeting the flexible employment needs of mothers in the jurisdiction, both parties innovatively established a "community-enterprise employment matchmaking platform." SF INTRA-CITY screened suitable positions such as community instant delivery personnel and customer service specialists, while the community party committee surveyed mothers' employment intentions and established demand lists. Through online job recommendations and offline special presentations, they opened channels for dual needs of "taking care of family + employment," helping mothers achieve "employment at their doorstep."
This community-enterprise party building cooperation not only achieved resource complementarity and service extension but also explored new pathways for emerging logistics industries to participate in grassroots governance. Both parties will continue to deepen cooperation by jointly conducting themed party day activities and volunteer services, using party building leadership to activate the "peripheral nerves" of grassroots governance and jointly building a more caring and vibrant community service ecosystem.
