ZIJING INTL FIN Issues Clarification on 2025 Results, Outlines Auditor’s Limited Scope

Bulletin Express04-01

Zijing International Financial Holdings Limited (ZIJING INTL FIN) released a clarification regarding its 2025 annual results announcement after an omission related to its auditor’s scope of work was identified.

The Board disclosed that McMillan Woods (Hong Kong) CPA Limited (MMWCPA) compared the figures in the Group’s preliminary consolidated statement of financial position, statement of profit or loss and other comprehensive income, together with related notes, against the audited financial statements approved on 31 March 2026. MMWCPA confirmed the amounts were consistent; however, its review did not constitute an assurance engagement, and therefore no audit opinion or assurance conclusion was issued on the preliminary data.

All other information in the 2025 annual results announcement dated 31 March 2026 remains unchanged. The Board reiterated that, to the best of its knowledge, the clarification is accurate and complete in all material respects.

Board composition at the date of the announcement (1 April 2026) remains: Executive Directors Mr. Lee Chun Wai (Chairman) and Mr. Ma Jian; Independent Non-executive Directors Mr. Choi Tak Fai, Mr. Chen Yilun and Ms. Lau Mei Suet.

The notice will be available on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website and the company’s website for at least seven days from posting.
