ISDN Holdings Limited has announced that on April 21, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary, AR Robotics and Automations Pte. Ltd., has sold 486,500 ordinary shares to Trinity One LT Limited and Soradynamics, Co., Ltd. This equity transaction combines Trinity's financial support and market development expertise with Soradynamics' proprietary technology to accelerate the commercialization of AR Robotics' advanced robotics and artificial intelligence solutions in the international market. Following the share transfer, ISDN retains a 30% stake in AR Robotics, while Trinity holds 40% and Soradynamics holds 30%.
Additionally, ISDN will contribute S$1.0 million in seed funding for operational setup and will provide manufacturing expertise and an Asian sales network built over nearly four decades of industrial automation experience. Soradynamics brings its independently developed drone technology and multi-camera video fusion capabilities, which have been independently tested and demonstrate globally leading standards in stability and endurance. Trinity, a company registered in the British Virgin Islands and now the largest shareholder of AR Robotics, offers financial backing. Trinity played a key role in facilitating Soradynamics' entry into Singapore, marking the first time the three parties are jointly promoting the development of a commercial entity.
AR Robotics' core business model is built on a robotics and AI platform with drones as the hardware foundation. Based on this platform, the company is developing modular end-effectors for various high-growth industrial applications, including firefighting, inspection, delivery, and security. Notably, the partnership has already yielded early commercial results, with an initial contract pipeline of approximately $10 million. Its multi-camera video fusion technology is currently undergoing pilot testing with key institutions in Singapore.
AR Robotics initially targets the Asia-Pacific market, with plans to expand further into Europe and the United States. As global supply chain restructuring drives increased demand for non-Chinese advanced drone and robotics solutions, Soradynamics' independently verified technology enables AR Robotics to offer proven high-performance alternatives to buyers seeking to replace Chinese-made systems.
According to Technavio, the global commercial drone market is projected to grow by $22.33 billion from 2026 to 2030, at a compound annual growth rate of 12.6%, primarily driven by increased enterprise adoption for infrastructure inspection, public safety, and industrial applications. As companies transition from small-scale pilots to large-scale automated operations, growth is accelerating in the very sectors served by AR Robotics' modular platform. Inspection and maintenance alone are expected to account for over 25% of total commercial drone revenue by 2030, positioning AR Robotics in a market with expanding demand for specialized, ready-to-use drone platforms.
Regarding the strategic collaboration, the Managing Director and President of ISDN Holdings Limited stated, "AR Robotics exemplifies how ISDN creates value. We identify high-potential technologies and, leveraging our manufacturing depth and Asian network, partner with the right collaborators to access global markets. Geopolitical shifts are driving demand away from Chinese-manufactured robotics, presenting a tangible and urgent opportunity for the business we are building here. We already have a $10 million contract pipeline, demonstrating that the market is ready. Just as NovaPeak Pte. Ltd. grew from an idea into a globally partnered AI inspection platform, we anticipate AR Robotics will follow a similar development trajectory."
A Director of Soradynamics, Co., Ltd. added, "We are confident that partnering with Trinity and ISDN will further strengthen our position in supplying Japanese drone and robotics technology to the region."
A Partner of Trinity One LT Limited commented, "Through this collaboration, AR Robotics will gain deep-tech manufacturing capabilities in robotics and AI. We believe Singapore will continue to attract more such partnerships, and we welcome opportunities to collaborate by leveraging our core competencies in deep-tech manufacturing for the robotics, drone, and AI industries."
