OUE Limited issues 150 million Singapore dollars of 3.25% green notes due 2033

OUE Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, OUE Treasury Pte. Ltd., has issued 150 million Singapore dollars of 3.25% green notes due 2033 under the group’s 3 billion Singapore dollars multicurrency debt issuance program. The notes are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by OUE Limited.

Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited acted as the sole global coordinator, while DBS Bank Ltd., The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Singapore Branch, and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited served as joint lead managers, bookrunners and joint green finance structuring banks for the Series 005 Notes.

The Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited granted in-principle approval for the listing and quotation of the Series 005 Notes, which are expected to begin trading on May, 19 2026.
