At the opening ceremony of the 2026 Yabuli Forum Annual Meeting held on March 17, Yu Minhong, Chairman of New Oriental Education & Technology Group, delivered an opening speech.

He noted that scheduling his speech after that of Wang Xingxing was intended to highlight the contrast between the roles of older and younger generations of entrepreneurs. He jokingly added that he had interacted with Wang on several occasions but was unsure whether Wang had ever taken courses at New Oriental.

Yu emphasized that as technology continues to advance, one of the most debated topics is whether robotics and artificial intelligence will replace human labor or even humanity itself. He stated, "I believe the ultimate purpose of all technological developments, whether it's artificial intelligence or the advances in Unitree Robotics mentioned by Wang Xingxing, is to serve people."
