FW HOLDINGS Releases EGM Circular and Proxy Form; Shareholders Can Opt for Digital or Printed Copies

Bulletin Express03-27

On 27 March 2026, Future World Holdings Limited (FW HOLDINGS) informed registered shareholders that the English and Chinese versions of the circular and proxy form for its forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting have been published on both the company’s website (www.fw-holdings.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who previously elected to receive hard-copy materials will receive the printed documents by mail.

In line with its environmental objectives, FW HOLDINGS is encouraging investors to access corporate communications online. Shareholders may, at any time and free of charge, switch between electronic access and printed copies—choosing English, Chinese or both language versions—by completing the Change Request Form provided and returning it to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

Requests for additional printed copies of the current circular and proxy form, or changes to future communication preferences, can also be made by emailing fwfh.ecom@computershare.com.hk. For enquiries, the registrar’s hotline (+852 2862 8555) operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

The notice reiterates that “Corporate Communications” include directors’ reports, annual and interim financial statements (and summaries), meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Chairlady Wang Qian signed the announcement on behalf of the board.
