小鹏汽车每ADS代表两股普通A类股，据公告显示，增发每股A类股股价最高不超过25.33美元，以此计算每ADS增发价最高不超过50.66美元。本次融资总金额预计不超过22.3亿美元。
小鹏汽车表示，此次发行的净收益用途如下：净收益的30%（约5.827亿美元）用于智能电动汽车以及软件、硬件和数据的研发技术，30%的净收入（约5.827亿美元）用于销售和市场推广以及销售和服务渠道的拓展和超级充电网络，以及拓展国际市场，20%的净收益（约3.884亿美元）用于智能电动汽车核心技术的潜在战略投资；20%的净收益（约3.884亿美元）用于一般公司用途，包括营运资金需求。
