7月13日，京东的一则涨薪通知冲上微博热搜。
在这则通知里，京东宣布从2021年7月1日开始到2023年7月1日，将用两年时间把员工平均年薪从14薪逐步涨到16薪，而且是在今年7月1日前的基础上涨薪两个月。
