方式上市，获得大约10亿美元融资，公司将如何运用此次集资所得？在偿还FF的债务后，还剩多少资金能够用于量产？\n毕福康：此前，我们已将绝大多数债务转化成FF股份，转入供应商信托，因此本次融资所得的大部分可供经营使用，当然，目标是实现FF91的量产。\n第一财经：2020年6月，贾跃亭正式完成个人破产重组，通过他个人的债权人信托，将所持股份全部转让给债权人，此次上市对债权人来说意味着什么？\n毕福康：从公司的角度，贾跃亭的债权人就是普通股东。债权人信托受托人负责管理和处理贾跃亭的债务问题，相信随着时间的推移，债权人的欠款能够得到偿还 。\n第一财经：有媒体报道，贾跃亭的前妻也是FF债权人之一，持有公司7.2%的股权，情况属实吗？\n毕福康：我无法作出回应，因为我不清楚其中的细节。\n第一财经：你曾告诉媒体，FF 91会在2020年9月开始交付，但最新的量产和交付时间表已推后至2022年夏季，您认为这次能否兑现量产承诺？\n毕福康：2019年时，我们预期公司在2020年1月就能获得融资，谁知疫情来袭拖累了进度。今年，我们通过SPAC上市的方式筹得资金，目前资金已经到位，我们仍会遵循此前承诺，在融资后第9个月交付第一台FF91，第12个月实现量产。\n第一财经：FF 91未来一年的销售目标是2400台，这是一个现实的目标吗？\n毕福康：当然，我认为还相对保守了。FF91定位顶级豪车市场，一定程度上对标迈巴赫、宾利、劳斯莱斯还有法拉利，目前，传统豪车品牌还未涉足电动车或智能车。经过计算，我们预期FF可在豪车市场占据3%的市场份额，对应销量就是2400台，这并非是一个很难达成的目标。随着生产规模不断扩大，未来两年FF 91的销量将达4万台，五年内实现27万台的销量。\n第一财经：两年前，第一财经探访FF加州汉福德（Hanford Plant）工厂时，厂房内仅有三名工人作业，现在工厂是怎样一种状态？\n毕福康：因资金问题，当年厂房并未建成。现在，汉福德工厂已经重新开工，大约75%的制造设备已经就位，部分车间需要进行小范围施工，这些都在进行中，当开始量产时，你会看到150多名工人在工厂作业。\n第一财经：路演文件显示，FF与韩国大型汽车产业集团明信集团（Myoung Shin Group）签署代工谅解备忘录，韩国代工工厂年产能达27万台，能否透露韩国工厂的具体情况？\n毕福康：如要扩大产能有两个选项，一是自建工厂，意味着至少投入10亿美元，且工程庞杂、风险较大；二是寻求代工，在现成的厂房里放入所需生产线，相较于自建工厂，这一方式投入更少风险较小。FF在韩国就采取了第二种方式，韩国合作方的工厂是通用汽车的老厂房，只需安装FF生产线，就可立即投入使用。\n我们现阶段的生产计划是，12个月后，美国工厂将完全用于量产FF91，30个月后，韩国工厂将会开工生产第二款车型、价格更为亲民的FF 81。\n第一财经：FF一直寻求在中国建厂的可能性。今年1月，FF与吉利汽车签署框架合作协议，探讨由吉利提供代工服务的可能性。同时，吉利还作为财务投资人，参与了FF
