2021 年 8 月 3 日起暂停本基金人民币份额及美元份额在全部销售机构的大额申购业务。\n具体来看，（1）对于人民币份额，单日单个基金账户累计申购（含定期定额投资，下同）本基金A类人民币份额或C类人民币份额的金额不超过500元；（2）对于美元份额，单日单个基金账户累计申购本基金A类美元份额或C类美元份额的金额不超过100美元。\n\n基金君来说一下，这只联接基金其实今年不止一次限购了，但这次限购额度是最低的，不超过500元。此前，今年5月22日，该联接基金也公告，因外汇额度限制，限购不超过1万元。\n上海证券基金评价研究中心负责人刘亦千表示，公募发行QDII基金产品时要去外汇管理局拿额度，所以QDII基金都有额度限制，一旦资金大量涌入，一些QDII基金会因为外汇额度问题，导致没办法申购。\n关于为什么最近会有那么多资金抄底，刘亦千认为，这是投资者的策略选择：\n\n “一个很重要的因素是近期中概股跌得太厉害了，可能不少投资者觉得是一个投资机会，相对国内市场，很多标的的估值比较有吸引力。”\n\n我们来看看中概互联网ETF的几只不同份额的场外联接基金，今年规模都有不同程度的增长。拿易方达中证海外互联ETF联接A人民币来说，去年底的规模是9.68亿元，到今年二季度末增长到了48.01亿元，猛增395.97%。\n\n中概互联网ETF净值跌超26%，超百亿资金抄底规模翻了两倍多\n作为一只知名的ETF，中概互联网ETF（513050）一直是基民心中投资海外中概股的好选择，但是这只基金今年的走势却不尽如人意。\n从其净值表现来看，截至7月30日，该基金今年以来净值跌幅达到26.13%。从其ETF二级市场的表现来看，今年初一度涨至2.65元，但随后大幅下挫，一路狂跌，到8月3日最新收盘价为1.604元，今年跌了23.44%。\n至于为什么跌那么厉害，从其前十大重仓股就可以看出来，截至今年二季度末，中概互联网ETF的重仓股包括腾讯控股、阿里巴巴、美团、拼多多、京东、百度、小米集团、网易、快手、贝壳。\n今年中概股、港股互联网科技股表现比较差，截至发稿的最新收盘价，腾讯跌20.71%，阿里巴巴跌14.02%，美团更是暴跌28.17%……\n这只ETF自然也是表现不佳，基民都自嘲中概互联变成“中丐互怜”，但是抄底、护盘的动作却一直没有停止。我们从中概互联网ETF的规模变化就可以看出来，这只基金从去年底的50亿左右规模，到今年二季度末飙涨至接近200亿。\n来看看易方达中概互联50ETF规模变化曲线，直观感受一下，2020年四季度末是55.41亿元，到了2021年一季度增长至83.32亿元，二季度末更是增至197.69亿元。半年时间里规模增长了256.78%，翻了两倍多。\n另外，从易方达中概互联ETF二级市场份额申赎的情况，更能够直观感受，尽管最近7、8月中概股一直在跌，但抵挡不住投资者热情申购该基金的热情。7月以来该ETF已经获得32.34亿份的净申购。而从去年底到现在，该ETF的份额从26.83亿份增至134.84亿份，净申购108.01亿份，增长了402.57%。\n基金研究人士：投资者抄底要谨慎\n但是基金研究人士提醒，投资者抄底要谨慎。刘亦千表示，一只基金产品未来的投资机会该如何把握，其实很复杂：\n\n “我们觉得，对于基金投资者而言，不应该那么重视所谓的投资机会，因为市场时机的判断是非常难的事情，而且很难确保能够有效判断。”\n\n刘亦千建议，从投资者的立场角度来说，应该在合理配置的基础上实现长期投资。\n\n
