北美独立数字汇款公司Remitly Global日前向美国SEC更新招股书，准备在美国纳斯达克上市，股票代码为：“RELY”。
Remitly Global此次发售1216万股，发行区间为38美元到42美元，最高募资5.1亿美元。
其中，公司准备发售700万股，现有股东准备出售516万股。也就是说，公司最多获得2.9亿美元，现有股东最高套现2.17亿美元。
