Abdullah）在推特上表示，南非的本次奥密克戎疫情来得快、去得也快，严重程度也不及德尔塔。“奥密克戎引起的第四波疫情上升、达到高峰、下降的速度均十分惊人。”阿卜杜拉说，“达到高峰只用了四周，而随后两周又出现骤降。与其说是‘一波’（wave）疫情，不如说是一场暴洪（flash Fauci）周三就表示，奥密克戎毒株在美国引发的新一波疫情可能会继续上升几周，然后在明年1月底达到高峰。华盛顿大学的传染病学家阿里·莫克达德（Ali
