    Wondering can the US redeploy the unvaccinated folks to other roles (including those roles with reduction of their pay)?

      Right. So I think vaccination is very necessary.

      My company suggests that all employees should be vaccinated, not compulsory. Most people have been vaccinated, only a few have not been vaccinated.

      Agree with you. Even if the unvax doesnt leave the house, he or she still need supplies to be delivered. Some of the delivery such as medications needs the recipient to sign (not contactless)

      As for whether to vaccinate, I think it is not only an individual choice, but also a social problem. Vaccination is a necessary thing when not vaccinating yourself will bring danger to others.
