AMD官网2月14日发布声明称，AMD今天完成对赛灵思的全股票交易收购。2020年10月27日，AMD宣布将以全股票交易方式收购全球最大可编程芯片（FPGA）厂商赛灵思，该交易价值高达350亿美元。赛灵思前首席执行官Victor Peng将加入AMD，担任新成立的自适应和嵌入式计算集团（AECG）总裁。AMD预计此次收购将在第一年对非GAAP利润率、非GAAP每股收益和自由现金流产生影响。
