年建立的用户信托基金。2019年1月，蔚来用户信托正式成立，蔚来董事长李斌拿出自己所持三分之一、5000万股股票，在保证投票权的情况下，将其收益处分权交给用户。信托基金的使用有4个方向：公益、环保、运维以及“社区认为有必要开展”的项目；基金的管理则由8位理事和一位信托保护人组成。“用户信托持股，如何使用，是否卖出、何时卖出，卖出多少，它对于李斌的投票权的影响又是什么，这些问题港交所认为都必须理清楚，”一名香港资本市场人士分析。蔚来此次上市进程能获得推进，当时有关用户信托的问题，或许已经不成为障碍。至于蔚来汽车选择介绍方式上市的原因，有业内人士分析，此类上市方式的优点是先挂牌再融资，在上市先期省去招股程序，以达到快速上市的目的。对此蔚来也表示，这是为投资者提供备选的交易地点，缓释地缘政治风险，扩大投资者群体且不稀释现有股东的利益。两地上市后，投资者对交易场所和时间的选择更灵活，每日交易时长从 6.5 个小时扩展到了 12 个小时。介绍上市没能募资。蔚来表示，目前公司资金充裕，目前拥有近 600 亿元充足的现金储备，短期内没有迫切的融资需求。事实上自诞生以来，蔚来已经历多轮融资。2018年9月蔚来在纽交所上市，成为继特斯拉之后第二家在美国上市的纯电动汽车公司。此后三年，蔚来多次发债融资，招股书显示截止2021年9月30日，融资所得现金总额519.8元人民币。最近的一笔是2021年 11
