    Wow... 0.9% for April compared to 1.4% surge in retail sales in March.Americans still spending despite inflated prices.  Biggest increases were seen for sales at :1. miscellaneous store retailers (4%); 2. motor vehicle & parts dealers (2.2%); 3. nonstore retailers (2.1%); 4. food services & drinking places (2%); 5. and electronics & appliances stores (1%).
