--Tesla Inc. Chief Executive Elon Musk said the U.S. electric auto maker needs to reduce staff by roughly 10%, Reuters reports, citing an internal email that the news agency had seen.

--Musk said he had a "super bad feeling" about the economy, Reuters reports, citing the email. The email, which was titled "pause all hiring worldwide," was sent to Tesla's executives on Thursday, according to Reuters.
