0504 GMT - SATS Ltd.'s revenue is likely to improve further as its passenger-and flight-handling capacity and scale ramp up with the reopening of borders globally, OCBC Investment Research analyst Chu Peng says in a research report. Peng notes that SATS' FY 2022 revenue rose 21.3%, driven by growth in food solutions and gateway services revenue. The Singapore-listed company also stands to benefit from strong cargo performance due to e-commerce demand. The analyst raises the stock's fair value estimate to S$4.94 from S$4.77 and maintains a buy rating. The shares 1.6% lower at S$4.19. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
