These two debt transactions have been previously reported in the Company's financial filings.The Company and the two arm's length creditors have agreed to amend the conversion price from US$0.119 to US$0.175 resulting in an aggregate issuance of 3,079,833 common shares of the Company in lieu of 4,529,166 common shares. The trading halt was lifted on May 27, 2022 and the Company is permitted to submit these conversion settlements to the Exchange for approval.The foregoing transactions remain subject to approval of the directors of the Company and regulatory approval from the Exchange.
