1100 ET - Boeing delivered 26 jetliners in July, two shy of the same month last year though with one more 737 MAX. Airbus delivered 46 jets in July. That takes MAX deliveries to 204, halfway to Boeing's 2022 target of "low 400s" that will require a monthly average of 40 for the rest of the year. It did manage 43 in June, but regaining that pace also hinges on the willingness of airlines--especially in Asia--to take more planes in the shoulder season after peak summer travel. July deliveries did include Indonesia's Lion Air and Singapore Airlines. (doug.cameron@wsj.com)
