GreenBox POS Rises 55% in Regular Session After 2Q Report, CFO Change

Shares of fintech company GreenBox POS shares surged 55% to $1.97 in the regular session Tuesday after it reported second-quarter results Monday. The stock was recently at $1.90 after hours.

The company said processing volume was more than $1 billion and about 50% ahead of internal projections. Revenue rose to $7 million from $6.4 million.

GreenBox POS said Tuesday that it named J. Drew Byelick chief financial officer, succeeding Ben Chung.
