Yoshiharu Shares Shed About 20% in Second Trading Day

Shares of Yoshiharu Global Co. were down 22%, to $3.26, early in their second day of trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

The California-based restaurant operator started trading on Friday after its initial public offering of more than 2.9 million shares was priced at $4 a share.

Shares closed at $4.17 on Friday. They opened at $3.70 on Monday and continued to slip lower in early trading.

The IPO is expected to close Tuesday.
