Judge in Twitter-Musk Trial Pressing Ahead With Oct. 17 Date -- WSJ

The Delaware Chancery Court judge presiding over the legal battle between Elon Musk and Twitter Inc. says she is pressing ahead with preparing for the trial despite Mr. Musk saying he had a change of heart and would proceed with the takeover he had aimed to abandon .

Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick, in an order Wednesday, said, "The parties have not filed a stipulation to stay this action, nor has any party moved for a stay. I, therefore, continue to press on toward our trial set to begin on October 17."
