Shares of SHF Holdings Inc. on Wednesday fell a day after the blank-check company said that its finance chief Chris Fameree has left the group.

At 12:00 EDT, the shares were down 13% at $2.72.

SHF Holdings said Tuesday that a search to identify Mr. Fameree's successor has started.

Mr. Fameree's last day with SHF Holdings was Oct. 14, the company said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Until a replacement is found, the CFO role and responsibilities will be handled by the SPAC advisory firm Calabrese Consulting LLC, the company said.
