Increases in Holdings

Lions Gate Entertainment $(LGF.A)$ MHR Fund Management raised its holding in the film, TV, and media company to 20,198,615 shares. MHR purchased 871,380 Lions Gate shares from Nov. 16 through Nov. 18 at prices ranging from $6.46 to $7.12 apiece. MHR now owns 24.2% of Lions Gate's outstanding count. Lions Gate exited its Lionsgate+ streaming business in seven territories in the September quarter, and took a restructuring charge of $218.9 million.

OneSpan $(OSPN)$ Altai Capital Management lifted its stake in the cybersecurity firm to 2,300,000 shares. Altai purchased 361,247 OneSpan shares from Nov. 8 through Nov. 21 at prices ranging from $12.84 to $13.86 each. Altai now owns a 5.8% stake in OneSpan. Altai "expects to continue to engage" with OneSpan and its stakeholders regarding operational and strategic topics, including board composition, strategic alternatives, and capital allocation. Altai has no plans or proposals tied to its recent OneSpan purchases.

Decreases in Holdings

Commvault Systems $(CVLT)$ Starboard Value cut its stake in the data-protection and technology company by a quarter, to 2,719,857 shares. Starboard sold 966,869 Commvault shares from Sept. 29 through Nov. 17 at prices ranging from $52.68 to $67.53 each. Following the sales, Starboard owns 6.1% of Commvault's tradable stock.

New Relic (NEWR) Jana Partners trimmed its interest in the digital analytics platform provider to 3,212,444 shares. On Nov. 15, Jana sold 317,488 New Relic shares at per share prices of $59.62 to $61.98. Jana completed the New Relic sales "in connection with investment fund allocation matters." Jana now holds 4.7% of New Relic's tradable stock, below the 5% threshold that would require Jana to disclose any further New Relic stock sales.

Alight $(ALIT)$ Blackstone $(BX)$ reduced its stake in the payroll-and-benefits technology firm to 97,360,298 shares, consisting of 48,748,082 A shares and 48,612,216 V shares that, unlike the former, don't include dividend rights. Blackstone owns an additional 48,612,216 nonvoting Class A Alight units. Blackstone sold 12,154,671 Alight A shares at $7.75 apiece through a Nov. 14 offering. Upon the offering's close on Nov. 17, an equal number of V shares were canceled for no consideration. Blackstone now holds 18.8% of Alight's outstanding common stock.

Dun & Bradstreet Holdings $(DNB)$ Thomas H. Lee Partners lowered its holding of the business-analytics provider to 49,579,771 shares. On Nov. 17, Thomas H. Lee sold 8,287,846 Dun & Bradstreet shares through a Rule 144 sale at a price of $13.41 each. No reason was cited for the sale that leaves Thomas H. Lee Partners with 11.4% of the outstanding stock.
