The London-based company's American Depositary Shares (ADSs), each representing 25 ordinary shares, for 30 consecutive business days starting Dec. 14 2022, did not meet the minimum bid price requirement.  The company has 180 calendar days or until July 31 to regain compliance. Midatech said plans to monitor the bid price will consider taking the appropriate action to achieve compliance. Midatech had the same issue last year when it received a non-compliance notice from Nasdaq in April 2022.
