ACE ASSET MANAGEMENT。当时就有人指出，王亚伟对离岸投资“雄心勃勃”，TOP ACE的寓意是“顶级王牌”。然而，王亚伟“亮牌”的次数极少，上一次这家对冲基金曝光投资是2016年，其时，老王的前几大重仓股有多只新能源股！这份投资嗅觉，如今回看令人咋舌。海外投资近十亿自2016年后，王亚伟的海外投资就不见“踪迹”，再次现身已是六年后。日前，王亚伟再次现身美国市场，瞄准的却是一批“旧资产”。根据相关公告，TOP ACE日前披露了去年末的持仓明细。披露文件显示：TOP ACE资管最新美股持仓市值达到1.36亿美元，接近十亿人民币。这家对冲基金持有40只美国股票，位列前十大持仓的股票总市值占总持仓市值的68%，集中度较高。出击“旧资产”具体来看，TOP ACE资管公司的前六大权重股，均为钢铁和煤炭股。显然，王亚伟铁了心要在海外“抄底”黑色金属和矿石资源。具体来看，王亚伟的布局如下：头号重仓股是ALPHA METALLURGICAL RESOURCE，拥有多个美国当地的大型煤矿，主要生产钢铁企业用的焦煤，和发电用的动力煤。该股过去一年股价翻倍，最新市盈率2.16倍。（数据来源第三方，未校对，下同）第二大重仓股ARCH RESOURCES，也是一家冶金和炼焦煤生产商，公司号称向全球提供焦煤和动力煤。最新市盈率2.98倍，过去一年涨幅50%。第三大重仓股是美国钢铁公司（UNITED STATES STL CORP），就是那个著名钢铁大王卡内基安德鲁·卡内基创办的公司。最新市盈率3.25倍，过去一年涨幅20%。此后的第四~第六大重仓股分别是：全球钢铁巨头安塞乐米塔尔（ARCELORMITTAL）、全球第三大铝材生产商美国铝业公司（ALCOA CORP）、美澳的重要煤炭公司皮博迪能源公司（PEABODY ENERGY CORP）。上述公司的共同特点是估值极低，主业鲜明。顺带布局“新资产”从第七大重仓股开始，王亚伟的持仓组合开始“放飞”，出现各种投资的方向。比如第七大重仓股皮埃蒙特锂矿公司（Piedmont Lithium），这是一家澳大利亚矿业公司，主业是开采锂矿。第八大重仓股是中概股雾芯科技，电子烟企业，也是王亚伟抄底美股中少见的中概股。第九大重仓股美国汽车租赁的龙头公司安飞士百捷（Avis
